Employee self service

Once you have the employee record created you can then extend self service to your employees and managers. Empower your employees to do the things they need and want to do without you needing to do it for them – from booking time off, recording timesheets to the simple things like changing their address they can do it all themselves online, any time.

Expense management

Your employees can submit expense and mileage claims as well as upload receipts in the same self service portal that they use for HR related tasks. You can use additional access levels so that expense reports don’t just go to Managers; they can also go to Finance for dual approval. Your Finance team can even access reports to analyse expense data and costs, helping the functions of HR and Finance to become more closely aligned.

Time off manager

Tracking time off can be a very time consuming and laborious task especially if you have more than a handful of employees. Natural HR enables you to track all employee time off including defining your own time off types so you can track the things which are important to you and then all the occurrences are shown on a company calendar so you can see a snapshot of who is off when and so on. Employees can book and manage their own time off whilst managers approve the requests via self service making this a very simple and efficient process. Workflow and access control

When employees request time off, log timesheets and so on managers and approvers get notified by email and also have a workflow on their home page showing them a list of all the tasks which need to be completed for their employees including timeoff and time sheet approval, expense approval and return to work interviews after unauthorised absences. Not everyone needs the same level of access so Natural HR has various levels of access control depending on your requirements including employee, manager, HR, approver, recruitment, trainer and finance roles all with different permissions.

Social interaction

As part of an overall employee engagement and interaction policy, we have a social stream built into our offering where employees can share information and collaborate. Whilst many companies are struggling to understand how they can integrate Facebook and Twitter and others into their business we have built our own fully integrated social platform into Natural HR which allows you and your employees to recognise each other for good work and the company can automatically post notification of promotions, new job requisitions and more.

Recruitment

Recruitment success is all about getting the right candidate, in the right place, at the right time and is absolutely crucial to organisational performance. Many recruitment management systems are standalone offerings with no integration into the human resources system but we have integrated recruitment into the main application so you can easily and quickly track candidates including creating your own job advertisements and online application forms which then go directly into Natural HR. You can then manage interviews, costs and so on and, crucially, when you find the right candidate simply transfer them from being a candidate to an employee with a few simple clicks!
