Quidco, the UK’s number one cashback site, founded in 2005 is the largest retail loyalty site in Europe with over 7 million registered users with over 4,500 retailers on board.

Operating from two key sites in Sheffield and London with remote and flexible ‘at-home working’ policies, Quidco as an ‘on-line first’ company needed a system that reflected their business.

Quidco wanted a reliable, intuitive solution to support their business as they grow and develop as an organisation.

Finding a secure, robust, cloud based but easy to use HR system was key to their operations, not just for their HR department, but business wide. Supporting managers across the business to be more self- sufficient with simple HR tasks such as holiday management and basic employee tasks was key for Quidco.

The Solution

Natural HR worked with the HR team at Quidco to review their current processes, what they wanted from a HR system, asked questions about future requirements and listened to how HR’s involvement in the growth of the organisation is key.

After an in-depth consultation and tendering period, Natural HR’s enterprise and analytics system was chosen in 2015.

  • Speed up access to personal information for staff through the self-service approach.
  • Reduce or eliminate laborious tasks such as online appraisals, absence management, holiday calculations etc.

  • Provide insightful data around trends/ forecasting to inform business decisions around people management.

The Result

Natural HR give Quidco not only the tools and the techniques to automate simple labour tasks like holiday and absence management across the company, reduce administrative time involving performance management but has supported Quidco to analyse and forecast trends around their people management to inform key business decisions.
