Newark and Sherwood Homes is a local landlord, property developer and provider of housing management services to Newark and Sherwood District Council and others. The housing provider which manages over 5500 homes has a unique and diverse public-sector workforce with employees ranging from directors, managers and customer service staff to skilled workers, labourers and tradesmen. As part of their agile working culture and in line with their vision of delivering excellent services they identified a need to optimise with an employee management system to improve the way that information about their employees was maintained and managed.
