Natural HR – the vendor of software built by HR, for HR – is preparing for its biggest event ever, as the CIPD Festival of Work draws ever closer.
The London Olympia expo which promises to unlock the power of your people on 15 and 16 June, will welcome hundreds of suppliers, industry stalwarts, academics, and HR professionals keen to explore how business and people strategies can evolve.
And as a company known for transforming organisations, Natural HR will not disappoint on stand E40.
Visitors will enjoy an event ‘premiere’ of the new-look software, following an eight-month UX project to further improve the vibrancy and simplicity of the user interface, and consequently drive even stronger employee engagement.
This theme – critical to the success of modern businesses of any size – will be at the heart of on-stand demos, across the firm’s six demo pods. The goal is to empower professionals to understand how Natural HR’s flexible all-in-one HR and payroll technology can be configured to suit their organisation now, and evolve alongside them as they grow. There will be takeaway resources, helpful employee engagement tips, step-by-step videos, a networking area, and some ‘natural’ gifts for visitors too.
Continuing with the engagement theme, a Natural HR customer will take to the stage in the HR technology hub, on day one of the event. Mark McHugh – group HR manager at National Motorcycle Museum Services – will share how he uses software as a strategic communications tool, to help approximately 500 employees, thrive across four hospitality businesses, in three locations.
“Everything about this event centres around providing an environment which enables employees to work better,” commented Natural HR’s CEO Jason Dowzell. “People and technology both play a crucial role in fostering this, and we consider it our role to leverage the power of software to transform how you work, engage, and grow.”
With all the functionality expected from a mid-market to enterprise solution – but a level of personalised support not typically seen from vendors at this level – Natural HR was brought to market in 2010.
It is the brainchild of founder and COO Sara Dowzell – a businesswoman frustrated by the former rigidity of HR software, who asked her technologist husband to help remedy this.
“We plugged the gaps so HR teams don’t have to,” continued Jason. “And customers like this about us. We’ve packed the system with feature-rich functionality and clever yet easy-to-use modules, and we have remained passionately dedicated to delivering world class support, however large we’ve continued to grow.”
The result is a popular, independent, and family-owned yet investment backed business, in a crowded market. With a rapidly expanding customer base, Natural HR is trusted by organisations including Marlowe Group. Buy IT Direct, and Morgan McKinley.
