What is your approach to implementation?

Natural HR has an in-house implementation and support team based in the UK. You have a dedicated implementation manager to support you with project scoping & kick off through to data migration, system setup and training. Typically, the implementation of Natural HR takes as little as four weeks but this is dependent on a number of factors such as the availability of your key people, accessibility of your data, key integrations and so on.

What support do you offer?

Email and ticket support are available Monday to Sunday (including public holidays) from 7am - 11pm, while telephone support is available Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm.

What training do you provide?

We train super-users (typically your HR team), managers and employees. Training is delivered remotely as standard. However, we can also do this on-site if required.
