Richard is a Price Waterhouse trained chartered accountant and corporate treasurer and has a strong background in finance and IT.

Richard has worked with and invested in growing software companies since 1994. In addition to his role at Natural HR he is currently a non executive director of Crowd Control, Comply Serve, Info-CTRL, People-Fit Services and OneSys Group. Richard’s key focus is helping the founders of early-stage software companies ensure their businesses are funded, structured and governed in a way that promotes growth, encourages value-creation and maximises their potential.
